Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

Orders will ship from Houston, Texas.  Freight charges are included in your final invoice. Shipping is determined by your order date.  If you need an order delivered before your designated delivery month, please contact us: accounts@theholiball.com

Orders placed after August will be first come first serve.  

DELIVERY dates are subject to change in the events of any National Disasters or other Force Majure events.

RETURNS

ALL SALES are FINAL.

Holiball® accepts authorized returns only. No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credits issued without Holiball® giving previous consent. Holiball® must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise.

CLAIMS

Any damage or shortage of claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of delivery. Any damages will be promptly replaced or credited to your account. No damage claims will be honored after 10 days. Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.
